ATOMIC Perfect Match - Skiing made easy

Train techniques, test material and improve performance for your ski adventure.

Freeriding, on- and off-piste skiing made easy. How to improve your ski technique with the right product choice. Playful and progressive, from piste to freeride. With the right technique and the right material, you optimize your skiing performance to the maximum.

THE CLINIC:
Find your ideal companion, whether for the slopes, your ski tour or your next freeride weekend. At the Perfect Match clinic you will test the right ATOMIC ski on every playground. Improvement & optimization of your ski technique on the slopes as well as tips for off-piste and variant tours are on the program.

 

EDUCATIONAL GOALS:
# Analysis of your skiing skills
# Improvement & optimization of your on-piste skiing technique
# ski technique incl. off-piste insights
# technique tips for steep off-piste terrain
# Downhill oriented ski touring technique training
# per playground you test a suitable ski (all mountain, piste, terrain)

 

LEVEL: Advanced (participation only with Skis)

Descent: Safe and controlled skiing on black slopes and off-piste. Experience in powder would be great. Physical condition for a day on- and off piste is necessary.

 

GEAR / EQUIPMENT:

# complete emergency equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel), helmet, clothing, boots (can also be tested)

# at the accreditation you will get a voucher for your Atomic rental equipment (4-5 skis for each playground & 1 pair of ski boots)

# Lift ticket:     You need a day ticket for this clinic (a special offer ticket can be bought on-site directly at the registration)

The meeting point is at 8.15 am at the Freeride Village, Atomic tent. Welcome by your mountain guide/ski guide powered by Atomic, material and safety check on site. Workshop in the ski area of St. Anton. You will learn clean skiing technique for the backcountry from professionals in different practice series on-piste and off-piste. Lunch break in the area/optionally restaurant. Insight into emergency management and equipment tips on avalanche emergency equipment. Return to the Freeride Village at around 3.30 pm.

Group size per guide: 5 – 7 participants

# Guided tour by certified ski guide or ski instructor (Matthew Mannaran)

# Test material (alpine skis, freeride skis, ski touring skis, all-mountain skis)
