Bivy and survival training with expedition pro Paolo Marazzi

Why not build a snow castle again? What was probably the greatest childhood game in winter for many of us can ensure our survival in winter activities. How do I build a snow cave and can survive a night in it, for example? Or even cooler – what does a day in a snow cave in Patagonia look like?

THE CLINIC:
You will learn different forms of building a bivouac, mainly those that also work quickly and efficiently in alpine terrain. To make it authentic, you will do a small ski tour to reach our workshop spot. We will cover what you will have to consider when building the emergency shelter and the important actions and attitudes when it comes to survival. Once the shelter is in place, it’s time for camp life: cooking, eating, chilling. You will enjoy delicious LYOFOOD expedition food and with Paolo a fun day is guaranteed.
